Cute and free.
Planning meals and preparing your own food is the best way to stay on track to ensure you are getting healthy, quality foods low in fat and calories and high in protein. I ran across a cute meal and shopping list planner that you can download for free, here. I used it today to for our weekly menu and shopping list and just couldn't pass sharing it.
