Breaking news: Two new goals.

My weigh-in today is up a few ounces from my lowest this week, but I know due to that crazy little sodium monster. I am down from last week but am gonna drink, drink, drink me some lovely H20 today and weigh-in again tomorrow, then I'll post. We had a birthday grillout last night for my father-n-law and although I took a turkey burger and fat free chips, sodium content isn't the lowest and it was later in the afternoon. So hopefully tomorrow, my lovely new low will return. O, the suspense.....

This week has my afternoons busier than normal and doesn't allow gym time. So, I brought my gym clothes with me and plan on doing 2 miles, maybe more, during my lunch hour today through Friday. That's my plan. I may end up dragging myself on the home treadmill, which is always such a bore. But, I feel like crap when I don't get to the gym. And to jump on the bandwagon, because it's a fabulous incentive, I've tracked my miles to Chicago [562] and plan on using that to guide my cardio over the next 7 months. Whoever thought of that idea, is brilliant! Roughly 16-20 miles per week; bring it!

I'm also, starting today, working on increasing my water content. That's where I fail, epically. It's just so hard to drink when I'm not thirsty or pre-workout. I do love Sonic Water with thier yummy, crunchy ice. I stopped in on my way to work this morning and got me a big 'ol cup. So, cheers to day one!

Hope everyone is having a great week. Remember, your $5 entry fee for the challenge is due by Friday!
