So, I've landed eagerly into day 2 of my water challenge. Challenge as in, it's a personal challenge in itself to drink it. Anywho, currently working on ounce numero fifty-four for the day, I just ran across this that I thought I would share:
"...the process of burning calories requires and adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-buring process."
So, maybe this will bring you a bit of encouragement to go grab your water bottle and fill 'er up!
